I'm an experienced cruising sailor, and I can affirm that Bacon's advice is 100% sound. That's what I like about the book.
On the negative side, Bacon's writing is very dry, and very technical. I'd like to read more of the 'art|About the Author|Mr. Bacon, has been sailing his Potter 15 for ten years.
